The staff were kind, quick to respond, and helpful throughout our stay. We booked two rooms for my family and me and spent three nights here at the end of Aug 2023. The location is a real plus, close to the Dieng center at Titik 0 Dieng and several other tourist spots. For the price I paid, it felt like a bargain. The place is homey and clean, the rooms are spacious, and the mattresses are comfortable. The water heaters worked properly, which matters a lot in Dieng. They also provide free hot and cold drinking water, coffee, tea, sugar, and wifi that was fast enough. I chose it partly because its average rating seemed pretty good compared with nearby 1 or 2 stars hotels. After staying there, I understand those ratings and would make it my first choice when I visit Dieng again.

Food is easy to find around Titik 0 Dieng, and the hostel is near that center point. The room was spacious and very clean, with decent wifi and a water heater, both pretty essential. Parking is tight, with space for several bikes and 2 cars. Service may not be the strongest, though the staff is just one man working a full shift. Still, I recommend staying here in Dieng.

The room was cozy and the price was really reasonable, especially with hot water, which you need in Dieng. The ceramic floor gets freezing, so some carpets would help. Parking fits only 3 cars, but that seems enough for the number of rooms.
