There's a mini kitchen with utensils, and since it's already cold up here, there's no air conditioning. They do provide two thick blankets. The place is just a short way up some stairs, right on the slope by the entrance to the Sikunir parking lot and next to the vendors' area. The bed is small (160°). The bathroom is cramped too, with a small shower head and sink. Since the toilet and shower share one space, it gets cold and wet, and the towels are more like fleece blankets. They don't absorb water well, so management should replace them with regular towels. Finding food during the day is difficult. Vendors are around in the afternoon and evening, but even then you'd need to ride a motorbike about 200 meters to the exit.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I paid a lot for a budget hotel, and the price doesn't match what you get. The service was chaotic, the electricity went out, wifi was slow, and the hot water barely worked, with only a little coming out. The bathroom is small and the towels are cheap. The owner didn't take responsibility when contacted. I'll never stay there again. It ruined the moment. Think twice before coming, the hotels next door are better and more responsible. Stigmakubus is very poor...

In all my experience with new hotels, this is the first time I've arrived and found no receptionist. I booked for today, waited an hour, and still couldn't get into my room because the front desk was empty. I called tiket.com, but they couldn't reach the property either. It's really cold in Dieng, so there should at least be someone at reception. Instead, you have to keep knocking and calling. It feels unprofessional, and the price isn't worth it. Anyone thinking of coming should read the reviews carefully and think twice. There are already two reviews like this, including mine. I regret it, and the whole stay was miserable.

The room itself was fine, but it smelled like sewage, and we were told the water heater was out. It was 11°C, so we had to shower without a proper heater. If a room facility is broken, they shouldn't rent the room. We booked through Traveloka. There was an event in the area, which closed car access, so we had to walk 1.1 km. That wasn't really the problem, but management gave us no information and didn't answer our calls. We also had to knock several times before the receptionist showed up. The whole experience of renting here was miserable.
