The room seemed a little worn, but the staff were very friendly and ready to help, and breakfast was great. The hotel has a pleasant colonial feel, a convenient location, and excellent parking.

This place was just okay, perhaps because it's an old hotel. My toilet was broken, and there was a hair dryer, but the kind staff helped repair the toilet and provided a hair dryer. It's moderately priced and works for a short stop if you're continuing on to dieng.

Surya Asia isn't a big hotel chain, but the hospitality is excellent. The staff were so polite that we could overlook the old facilities. It's also in a great spot, close to the souvenir center, big market, minimarket, and more. It may not be the best hotel, but I love it.

I'm here every couple of months for business, and it feels cold even without air conditioning. Right in the middle of wonosobo town, it's easy to find whatever food you're after, like seafood, fried chicken, or mie ongklok. There's a "basement" cafe too, with coffee, beer, and western food. I'd rate the place 4/5, price 4/5, cafe 5/5 for wonosobo, and service 4/5.
