RedDoorz near Pasar Baru Bandung

The staff were friendly and the service was good. It's about a 5-7 minute walk from the train station, and you can refill your water at the front desk. The hotel sits among wholesale shops and a vegetable market, so it's busy during the day. After 6 pm, the shops close and the area feels completely deserted.

The rooms look like they do in the reviews, and inside the hotel it's nice, clean, and not too expensive. The street outside is lively in the daytime, which can be fun. At night, though, I wouldn't feel comfortable letting my wife go out alone. Nothing happened to us, it's just the feeling I got.

There's a Sundanese restaurant in the same place, and we loved its special sambal. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Pasar Baru is very close, so shopping is easy. Just be aware there's no car parking and traffic is heavy every day. If you're bringing a car or don't want to deal with traffic jams, this hotel may not suit you. For a budget stay, we had a great time.

Friendly staff, and there's parking for motorbikes inside the hotel. The location is good. Booking through the RedDoorz app gets you a better price.
