Check Google reviews before booking in Bandung, they can really help. I chose this place on Traveloka because it looked decent, but the low price was tempting in the wrong way. The receptionist was rude when I arrived. I’d booked an AC room through Traveloka, yet they said I had to pay extra for one even though the app showed that my booked room included AC. Confirm with reception that you’re getting the room you ordered before handing over your ID. If you’ve already booked and want a refund, the stated process is to arrive first, take a photo of the receptionist when you check in, then request the refund through Traveloka. Traveloka will call to confirm. I didn’t stay because they wanted more money. Hope this helps.

They were rude and yelled at us when we refused to pay extra. I’d already paid by bank transfer, so there shouldn’t have been anything left to pay. They still asked for more money in RedDoorz’s name, even though the photo uploaded from the staff member’s phone showed no additional charge, 0 rupiah. It felt like they were adding amounts that had already been paid. 1+1=2, it’s that simple.

This place is run-down and unfit to stay in, and the staff were unfriendly. When I tried to check in, they refused because I only had my ID in the Civil Registration Office app, not a physical card. I offered my driver’s license as collateral, but they wouldn’t accept it, even though I’d booked for two days. When I arrived, the staff automatically checked me in and were super rude. I’d never recommend booking this hotel.

My Agoda booking was paid in full, but the room had already been given to an offline guest by the time I arrived. The staff were no help at all. They said they “didn’t know anything” and sent me home without taking responsibility. If I wanted to stay, they wanted me to pay again despite the advance payment. Completely unreasonable and costly for the guest. The room itself was in terrible shape: the AC didn’t work, there were no amenities, the mattress was sloppy, and the sheets were dirty with cigarette butts on them. The management was a mess and seemed not to care about guests. It felt like a scam to pay through the app and then be charged again. If this is how the system works, they might as well close. Highly not recommended. As bad as it gets.
