We’ll definitely come back. The rooms were really nice, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were so friendly. Fatur was especially kind and helpful, enough to make me decide to stay here. I appreciated that they try to cut down on trash by using glass bottles. Umi made the day start even better with an awesome breakfast. Thanks so much to Umi, Fatur, and all the friends there!

The hotel is close to the beach, but still quiet and good for relaxing. Our rooms were cleaned every day, and we got fresh towels too. They have bicycles, and the villa is beautiful. We already miss the lovely hotel staff and the cute kitties Pendy, Roblo and Minecraft. We’ll come back when we go to Gili.

We only stayed two nights, but I’d happily book Villa Nero again if we come back to Gili Trawangan. The included breakfast was cooked fresh to order each morning, and it was probably the nicest hotel breakfast we had during our two weeks in Bali. The rooms were very clean, nicely equipped, and had comfortable beds. The outdoor bathrooms were a bit of fun, and the air conditioning worked really well. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were always available. Nothing was too much trouble. It’s about a 5 minute walk straight to the beach and 10 minutes from the ferry port, so it’s a great location for a very reasonable price.

The omelet plate was my favorite. It might be the most perfect omelet I’ve had during my time in the Gili and Lombok area, and the breakfast overall was amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and we were greeted with fresh welcome drinks. There are only a few rooms, which gives the place a private feel, and there’s a pool near the restaurant. I really wanted to swim, but felt a bit awkward doing that beside the restaurant and receptionist. Keep up the good work!
