The building was fine, and I really liked the staff and the location. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I greeted the helper a few times. It’s shady, close to everything and near the food court. Still, the cleanliness was awful. The sheets had lots of yellow marks, and both the sheets and pillowcases looked worn and smelled strongly of urine and other bad odors. The bathroom also reeked of urine. I flushed it with soap, but that didn’t help. There was no ceiling exhaust, just a small vent leading into the room, so bathroom smells could spread out. When I checked out, another customer had the same complaint. It’s a shame because I liked the place, and I’d like to return if they can fix the cleanliness problem. Thanks.

My room was clean and bright despite having no windows, and the AC was quiet and cool. The TV connected to the internet, so YouTube was available, and they provided two bottles of water, two glasses and two towels. The bathroom and toilet were clean and had no smell. The area is quiet and well located, with no traffic noise. One problem: sound carries between rooms. I could hear people talking in the front room from room 102, on the first floor near reception.

I checked in at 9 AM for 100,000 Rupiah and got a first-floor room. It was clean and looked really nice, with fresh-smelling sheets and no stains or odors. The bathroom was okay; we brought our own toothbrushes and shampoo. The TV signal was good and the amenities were fine. There were two bottles of mineral water, two glasses, two outlets, hangers, a seat and table, a sink, and two towels. There’s a gallon water bottle at the front desk for easy refills, haha. The key uses a manual lock, but it felt secure. For breakfast, there’s a Padang restaurant nearby if you go outside and turn right. The food was tasty. Shopeefood is also close enough, and delivery is cheap.

The ground floor ventilation was poor, and the room smelled musty. I had to run the AC for an hour with the door open to clear it, luckily I’d brought air freshener. Also, after I left the key with security, the car’s fuel could’ve dropped by two bars, hahaha. I was going to give one star, but settled on two.
