I’m not sorry to say this. This property didn’t live up to the reddoorz warranty, and the hotel was worse than a nightmare. The receptionist was unfriendly and unprofessional, and the location wasn’t good either. Find somewhere else at the same price for better service and quality. Redddoorz management needs to act and reevaluate this hotel.

Tamatabi 20190113 I travel by bicycle and like cheap hotels, but the room still needs to be clean. I paid a special rate of 152Rp for a regular room. It was narrow, and the bed wasn’t clean. At 200Rp, I wouldn’t stay here. I think there are many long-stay customers, and it was noisy all night, so I couldn’t sleep well. The hotel is easy to find. Good trip.

Everything else was good, and I’d still recommend the place, but the Wi-Fi being down caused real trouble. They said they couldn’t fix it and apologized. I understand, but I’d settled in ready to work remotely, and the outage set me back. I book hotels largely based on advertised in-room Wi-Fi and speed, and would have chosen somewhere cheaper if Wi-Fi didn’t matter. The satellite TV was a nice extra for catching news and watching movies at night. The sheets and floor were clean, and the bathroom had hot water.

The place has a nice split-level room, with the bed and TV upstairs and the bath, dresser and living area downstairs. The AC wasn’t very cold during my stay, so I took off a star.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, but the service and room were good, and it’s a nice place. I found it better than melati hotel and worth it for travelers. The price is very cheap, so give it a try.
