For a budget-friendly hangout that won’t put much strain on your wallet, this place offers strong value. The staff are friendly, management is humble, and the owner is kind. The interior has a high standard business style, and the hospitality feels professional. It could also suit foreign partners very well. Bandung’s sidewalks are a serious problem. Even the tiny paths, around 60 cm wide, are in poor shape, and the rough walk can damage your shoes. Trekking along them feels uncomfortable and unsafe. The city could upgrade the footpaths and streets, create thousands of jobs in the process, and improve walkability for homeless people too. Right now, it’s shameful. Dear guest, if this gave you a bit of a smile, keep going. And to Indonesia’s leaders, consider a friendly tax of perhaps 3% of asset value, lower than the worldwide tax, to help improve the sidewalks and the city. Goodbye.

I paid a special rate of 127k, so it felt like good value. The room was clean and reasonably spacious, with hot water in the bathroom, and the service was good. Recommended.

It feels homey and has a nice atmosphere, tucked away from busy streets but with its own restaurant. A real hidden gem for travelers choosing where to stay in Bandung.

Stains were all over the room, and it wasn’t very clean. On top of that, the soundproofing was awful. I could hear loud voices from the neighboring room all night, which made it hard to sleep.

The map pin is in the wrong place, and there are lots of guesthouses listed as Reddoorz around the Ciumbeulit area near Parahyangan University that don’t match the real location. Reddoorz vendor, please register this place as OBC Guest house, Reddoorz, and fix the location on Google Maps.
