Reddoorz Plus Near Telkom Corporate University

The service was awful. The staff were unfriendly, focused on their cigarettes and phones, and showed no hospitality. They kept our ID until we checked out, with no option to leave a deposit instead. Checkout wasn’t handled at reception either. We had to do it outside at the security post, where guests’ IDs were left in a tiny open container, visible to anyone walking by. Who knows how many people saw or photographed them. As for the location, it’s along a narrow road, Cipedes Atas, several hundred meters from the main road, Gegerkalong Hilir, Setiabudi. The room had one decent feature, a digital TV with some local channels in HD. Otherwise, there was dust everywhere, no hanger, a bad smell in the room and on the bed and towels, a broken chair, a shower that didn’t work, a leaking toilet, lots of bugs, and no hot water. The corridor was noisy because some staff were running around. For a cheap place, it was still horrible. The RedDoorz HygienePass certification didn’t match the actual conditions at all. Check the photos if you want more details. This is the worst RedDoorz room I’ve booked, and I don’t recommend it. Find somewhere else.

The cheap price fooled me. The room was full of smoke, there were no toiletries, and both the room and bathroom smelled disgusting. Staff were unfriendly and smoking throughout the lobby. A terrible place.

We arrived at 10 p.m., and there was already noise from the next room along with the smell of cigarettes. Between midnight and 1 o’clock, it got really noisy, with a woman’s voice and TVs blaring from other rooms and the rooms in front. If all you need is somewhere to rest, it’s enough. Don’t expect to be satisfied beyond that, haha.

The bathroom water didn’t work properly, the toilet was broken, and there was no water heater. Everything was dirty too, including the blanket, bedcover, pillows, and towel. Definitely not coming back!
