This was room B-07 on the first floor, even though we had chosen a two-bedroom unit. It was dirty, the sheets smelled musty, and the bathroom was very dirty too. The Agoda photos don't match what we got. I wouldn't recommend it. Blacklist Red Living Agus 1. Blacklist.

The only saving grace was the swimming pool. Parking cost 40 thousand a night, which would be 1.2 million for 30 days, more than my monthly boarding fee, lol. The lobby looked nice and clean, but inside the room was filthy and smelled bad. The sheets hadn't been washed, the bathroom was dirty, and the shower head was broken. There was no drinking water, and the sofa felt damp and musty, like the place hadn't been used for ages. It was nowhere near what I expected, especially for 460 thousand. Really not recommended. Find somewhere comfortable before you regret it.

The outside of the apartment looks nice, but inside it’s run-down. My room was filthy and smelled bad, the bathroom door was broken, cockroaches were in the cupboard, and the mattress sagged. I wouldn’t stay here again. Think carefully before booking.
