This place is serious about being unsuitable for children. The windows don’t have bars, and the room was dirty. Of all the hotels and apartments I’ve stayed in, this was the dirtiest.

Security was useless. A guest ordered food and took it without paying, saying he’d transfer the money, but the transfer was a dud. Security just kept playing Mobile Legends and wouldn’t help. Seriously, what a joke.

The views are hard to beat, and the location is strategic, but it feels like they’re selling the panorama without managing the place well. The rooms are shabby, dirty, and full of broken things that can’t be used, almost as if nobody’s ever stayed in them. I booked two rooms and all the lights were out. One was filthy and dusty, clearly not cleaned. Its AC didn’t work, the shower was broken, and there was no hot water, so I had to bathe with a bucket. The other room was also really shabby, like a student boarding house, though better than one. Oh my.

The location was fairly good, and the window view might be nice if you get a room facing Aljabbar Mosque. But the facilities didn’t match the description. One AC was dead, the Wi-Fi was down, and the TV wouldn’t turn on because there was no signal. Only one elevator was operating, so the queues were long.
