8/10
The room was nice, and if you enjoy staying in guest houses, this one isn't bad. Bandung gets really cold, though, and the hot water in my room was unreliable. It worked at noon, but when I needed it before dawn for my early train, there was no hot water at all. Apart from that, I'd recommend the guest house.

10/10
The guest house is on the first floor, with the second and third floors used for kost. It's a lovely place near ITB, with a few restaurants and cafes around it.

10/10
There's plenty of room to park in the basement, and the neighborhood is quiet. It's very close to Dago and Dipati Ukur.

4/10
For the high price, the room feels small and the internet is slow, so I don't think it's good value.

2/10
The Wi-Fi is slow, and there's been no water for nearly a month. The workers don't seem to respond to the issue.
