Our glamping stay was awful. I wouldn't even have wanted a free repeat. We had two children with us, aged 6 and 1.5, and they kept crying because they were frightened and in a horrible situation. Even though we booked a month ahead, we were given a back room. The service fell short. The front porch was very dirty when we arrived, so my husband had to sweep it. Inside, the room smelled of rats, with droppings in a corner and ants everywhere. The bathroom was dirty and hadn't been cleaned beforehand. The water heater wasn't hot, and the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect. I asked to switch rooms when we arrived, but was told the place was full, even though it seemed really quiet and it was just us. We also asked for an extra bed and were willing to pay, but they said it hadn't been dried in the sun. We got there at 5 p.m. and finally decided to check out at 8 p.m. because we were so uncomfortable. We went home disappointed.

The staff were very nice. When I told them the water heater wasn't heating, they fixed it right away. I stayed at glamping site number 7 on December 29th, close to New Year's, and paid over 500 without breakfast. You can order food at the cafe. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was spacious too, though its cleanliness needs work, especially the toilet and ladle. The WiFi wasn't connected, and the TV had no signal. Maybe the TV needs a label explaining how to turn it on. 🤭😊😀 I booked a month ahead and noted that I wanted a front glamping site, but still ended up at number 7. 😂🤣 In terms of views, sites 1-5 are good, while sites 6-7 seem partly hidden by bushes. The access road to glamping site GK is too wide, so be careful when cars pass. It's a peaceful place for young couples. For someone my age, I'd rather come with a big group. 😆😁😄😀 Thank you so much🥰😍

I was very happy with my vacation here. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the prices were affordable. The swimming pool was clean, with water that comes straight from the mountains. It's cold but refreshing. I booked glamping spot number 2. InshaAllah, I'll come back again.

The cafe is decent, with indoor and outdoor seating. There aren't many rooms, and according to the guard, they're planning to add more. The location is fairly cool during the day, since it's not far from the intercity highway.
