The hotel’s location was the big convenience for our family: Sensa Hotel connects directly to Cihampelas Walk, making it easy to find food, shop, and explore. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a modern feel and a great city view. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and helpful, and made the stay feel warm. Breakfast tasted great and had a good variety. The pool, gym, and lobby areas were all well maintained. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. Sensa Hotel is a great value choice for a family or anyone visiting Bandung. 👍🏼✨

Whenever I visit Bandung, Sensa Hotel is my first choice. I’ve stayed there more than five times, and every stay has been perfect for me. The relaxing atmosphere, lovely city view from the room, and delicious breakfast with plenty of choice keep me coming back. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, the AC is nice and cool, and the staff are super friendly. With a direct connection to Cihampelas Walk, it’s easy to shop or grab something to eat.

After a long flight and drive, I arrived at the hotel and got a really warm welcome from the reception staff, especially Ms. Shifa. She did her best to help with my request. The hotel is connected to a mall too, which is handy when you want to make a quick food trip.

Everyone made me feel cared for and welcome throughout my stay at Sensa Hotel. The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant teams were all attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. I absolutely loved the stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

The restaurant at Sensa Hotel Bandung is one of the best in Bandung, with food that tastes great. The cakes are the best in Bandung too. Thank you, Mr Qolbi, and Chef Qolbi, the pastries chef, for making cakes I love 😍 The kitchen team deserves thanks as well, especially for the Sweet & Sour Fish. I highly recommend the restaurant. Thanks to Mr Torres, Diva from the restaurant, and Mr Ryan, Rohmat, Mrs Shifa, and Fanzi for the good service. Mr Ryan or Rohmat helped change my room to the 7th floor because there was renovation next door to my room. One suggestion: please provide more toiletries in each room, especially soap and shampoo.
