The staff were all helpful, thank goodness, but the room itself was musty and hot, almost like an oven. The large glass window seemed to trap heat, and the air conditioning was useless. The bathroom leaked, and the shower glass door creaked. It was also moldy and stained. I hope they fix these problems.

Our family held a wedding here in early July, and the staff helped us throughout, from the front office and restaurant to the technician and housekeeping teams. Mba Nia, the salesperson, gave us especially remarkable help with the event. The food was tasty, the decoration was beautiful, and the meeting room or mini ballroom was suitable. I'd recommend it to business or leisure travelers looking for an affordable hotel in central Makassar. To me, it's one of the best three-star hotels in Makassar.

This is the WORST 3 STAR HOTEL I've stayed at. Just look at the pictures. I was first given a smoker room, and it reeked of cigarettes. I'm a non-smoker, so it was horrible. I went to the counter and they changed my room. The new one was a bit better, but the bathroom was filthy, with mold everywhere, including all over the shower, and the mirror was dirty. The windows were so dirty they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 3 years. The bedsheets and towel weren't white anymore and had huge stains. I could see dirt everywhere in the room, including behind the bed and on the walls. How did this place get 3 stars? I'm never staying here again. Just horrible 🤢🤢🤮🤮. DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!
