I was ready to give this place five stars and could live with the missing tissues and windows. But I saw a baby in the breakfast room, and staff did nothing about the no-smoking area. That really wasn't okay. I can understand people of the same age being there, but what about babies?

The leaking hose by the toilet was a problem, and the place itself felt like an old horror movie. Wallpaper and paint were peeling off.
