Salsabila was so helpful to us. Thanks for the warm hospitality.

The room was filthy, the hotel felt old, and there were lots of little cockroaches. The parking area is so small we had to park on the road outside and pay for parking again. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the shower was broken, so we had to hold it while washing. On the second day, a water pipe broke, leaving us unable to shower, and the water in the sink turned reddish brown. Breakfast was awful. This is one of the worst hotels in Bandung, and I’d never stay here again. Not recommended at all.

The service wasn’t too bad, and the location is perfect, but the cleanliness and everything else were awful. Our first room was a smoking room even though we’d specifically asked for non-smoking, so we requested a change. The second room was filthy, with trash and dust all over the floor, dirty sheets, yellow stains on the pillowcase, and a terrible smell. They did clean it when we asked, but there wasn’t even a vacuum cleaner for the carpet. You can imagine how a dirty, damp carpet smelled. Room service cleaned while wearing dirty shoes. The bedposts were moldy, the shower handle was broken, and the phone didn’t connect to a cable, so it was apparently fake. The TV was broken too. And there were loads of cockroaches, especially in the bathroom.

It’s a pretty cheap hotel, but the service and everything else were excellent. A generous receptionist even gave us an extra 30 minutes for free, which is handy for travelers in Bandung.
