They turned me away when I arrived, saying the property was full and couldn't accommodate me. They also said they no longer work with any online provider and aren't responsible for online reservations. I contacted Agoda customer service right then and explained everything from the start, but Agoda refused a refund. Their representative said the property could accommodate me, even though I had just been rejected. Being left without a place to stay put me in a very difficult position.

The listing gave a very different impression from what we found. It was only a small room with a thin mattress on the floor and no pillows, and the outside bathroom was extremely dirty. I can't recommend staying here, you'd regret it.
