The room felt like a boarding house, with only a mattress and pillow and no fan. The mattress was itchy, too. I'd already paid through the app, but the older owner said he didn't want to give a discount because he also had to pay the app commission, then asked me for another 50,000 Rupiah. Parking cost extra as well.

SCAM!!!!! I had already paid, but when I arrived they said the place was full and wouldn't take responsibility. I couldn't get my money back. The owner is old and doesn't understand the app, and there are only 10 rooms, even though the place was listed on several apps with more bookings than it could handle. Don't check in here.

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS. I paid through mobile banking for a booking that showed as confirmed on the Oyo app, but the place was hard to find, dark and quiet, with the gate locked. When I called, I was told it was full. I don't believe a place that quiet and dark could really be full, and the booking should have gone through. The app wouldn't refund me, so I lost the money. If the app shows rooms available while the real place is full, the property needs to take responsibility and come help the customer. Don't just call and answer curtly.

I made the trip all the way there, and the owner flatly turned me away. If you're booking through Oyo, call the owner first because the app doesn't check with them beforehand. Really, really bad.

The room was dirty and didn't have sheets or pillows. They also charged more than the price shown on Traveloka, even though I'd booked there, plus an extra vehicle parking fee. The staff were naughty. This hotel is a total dump.
