I was here for two nights, and they never cleaned the room or replaced the towels and amenities. When I got in at night after work, I was told there was no staff available to clean it. Hotel cleaning should be standard, but they don't offer it here. The room was dirty and worn, with old, stained sheets, and the bathroom was even worse. The only reason I stayed was that it was near my meeting. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The friendly, helpful staff made our family stay easy. The room was worn around the edges, though clean, and the AC worked really well. For a budget hotel with a few amenities, it met our needs and was worth the price.

The hotel feels quite old, but it has a real Bandung atmosphere. I especially loved how kind and helpful the staff were. They deserve credit for their warm Indonesian hospitality.

The pool and playground were a hit with the kids, and I was happy to have them there. Things were generally good, though the hot water wasn't working properly.

The rooms could use some upkeep, but we still enjoyed our stay. It's a peaceful, attractive place for relaxing, and being close to the city makes it handy for a quick weekend escape. I'd recommend it for that.
