The rooms are on the small side, but they're clean and cosy. I loved staying here, especially the comfortable shared areas on every floor and by the lobby, where you can relax or get some work done. I'd happily recommend it 😊

Summerbird's vintage interior design is a real draw, and it's one of my favourite boutique hotels in Bandung. It's conveniently placed, 650m from Bandung train station and 400m from Pascal 23 Square, with street food stalls all around. A few rooms may need attention down the line, since the air conditioners and toilet bidets were already starting to wear out. Breakfast was limited to two choices, American breakfast or fried rice.

We had a great time here. The staff were kind and helpful, the WiFi was fast, and the smart TV worked well. Breakfast was nice, with bread you can toast, plus free congee on Sundays. It's a clean, quiet place that smells nice, and there's food all around and the station is an easy walk away. Our only snag was the hot water, which took a while to come through.

The staff were friendly, though their English was limited. Our room had no window and felt humid, and the air conditioning didn't work well. For the price, I think you can find better quality elsewhere, and the hotel felt too expensive for what it offered. Laundry was costly since they charged by item, while a cheap per-kilo service was easy to find nearby.

I liked the lobby's interior and found the bed comfortable. The reception staff were friendly, and the hotel is close to the train station. I preferred the Scandinavian-style room on the third floor. Breakfast was okay, so I'd give the stay 4/5.
