Super OYO Collection O 25 Hotel Baltika

The staff were nice, but that's about the only good thing I can say. The rooms smelled awful and the sheets were stained. Even after they were changed, the replacement sheets were stained too. Be prepared to take two different lifts to get to your room.

For the promotional price on the OYO app, this hotel is a real bargain. The room was very large, with cable TV, Wi-Fi, a good bed and linen, plus a coffee table and three chairs. The shower, soap, and shampoo could be better.

The location is convenient, not too far from alun-alun. But the bathroom wasn't clean, and both the shower and AC worked poorly. We booked a package through an online app for a checkout about two hours later, but the hotel only allowed one extra hour. They told us with just five minutes to go before 1PM. They'd tried knocking earlier, but we were out. I definitely won't come back.

The staff and location were the only good parts. This is an old hotel that badly needs renovation. The AC didn't cool properly, the room wasn't clean enough, the towel was old, and the bathroom was dirty.
