Breakfast wasn’t enjoyable. The selection was acceptable, but the food was dull in both taste and quality. On arrival, the building also looked old and poorly maintained, which set a bad first impression. Staff didn’t seem to take my concerns seriously, and the weak Wi-Fi and leaking bathroom weren’t properly addressed. A very underwhelming stay, among my least favorite hotel experiences. I wouldn’t consider returning.

Room service food was amazing, 9/10, and the staff were polite and friendly. The room access card gave me some trouble and took a while to open the door. Otherwise, it was just okay to stay here.

My key card stopped working several times, so each time I had to ask hotel staff to let me into my room. That was an unacceptable hassle. The WiFi was another major problem: I booked partly because it was advertised, but I couldn’t use it on either my phone or laptop. I need WiFi for work, so not having it made the stay very stressful. I asked staff for help every day, but nothing got resolved. Twice they told me to wait in my room for someone to come, but nobody arrived. When someone did come, they eventually left without fixing anything or updating me. The staff didn’t seem to take the problem seriously, and the service felt unprofessional. After I’d complained several times, staff said they wanted to discuss the case and would call me in the evening. No call ever came. I decided to check out early and move to another hotel with WiFi so I could work. They offered an upgrade only after I’d already checked out, which was pointless and showed little real concern about fixing the issue. I also asked for a refund for the unused nights, but that was not handled properly and is still unresolved. I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel.

Breakfast was the one decent part, maybe a 6/10. The rest was a mess. We waited two hours after check-in before getting a room, and the tiny, hot lobby had only two chairs, no coffee maker, and people standing around while a long line formed at reception. The room felt dusty, we couldn't adjust the AC, and there were cockroaches and bed bugs. Traffic and people in other rooms came through clearly. Room service took ages to bring towels or drinking water, even after repeated calls to the front desk. The kettle was broken, though not moldy. The garden and jogging track turned out to be a small, unmaintained backyard. There's no gym or pool, so I don't understand the four-star rating. Please don't trust the Google ratings, they seem fake. An OYO would be much better. Check the photos.
