The rooms were dirty, smelled strange, and didn’t look like the pictures. I’m giving 2 stars only because we got a refund after refusing to stay even one night.

There wasn’t even soap or toilet paper in the room. The hygiene was poor overall, with filthy sheets and pillows, and I found several cockroaches inside, which was really disturbing. The price is low, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It was a very disappointing stay and not worth it, even for that price.

The bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water, making this a good spot in Central Jakarta for a night or two. Restaurants, Pasar Baru, and monuments are nearby, and it’s easy to take the metro to Old Town. Bring your own toiletries and toilet paper.

I’d already paid online, but I couldn’t stay after the first night and booked again at heef hotel nearby. The ground-floor rooms let light in even with the lights switched off, so I couldn’t sleep. Street traffic was clearly audible too. There wasn’t even a table for my things.

We stayed for 4 nights and had no problems. The rooms were clean and all had AC. Really good for the price, I recommend it!
