The room was fairly clean and the WiFi worked well. It’s on a main road near the angkot route, about 10-15 minutes from trans studio bandung by motorcycle or 15-20 by car. The AC wasn’t cold enough for me, and the mattresses felt too hard while the blankets were thin. If you have back trouble you may not mind, but otherwise it might take longer to fall asleep. There’s a working phone in the room, but no number or welcome note, so for help you have to go downstairs and ask in person. Ask them directly for the WiFi password and other details, since there’s no info in the room. Bring tissues for the room, as they only put them in the bathroom, and bring your own soap or shampoo if you don’t want to use what’s provided. A colder AC would earn another star from me, and a tissue box and welcome notes in the room would make it a perfect five.

I came back in 2019, two years after staying here with my husband. It still feels family friendly, with hot water, TV, AC, tea and coffee, and breakfast. Back in 2017, at the same price, it felt like a three-star guesthouse. The bed and floor were clean, the bathroom had no stains, and breakfast was great, with sausage, omelette, soup, and a buffet. This time I noticed changes. Some items, like the cups and mirror, could use a proper clean. Please clean the rooms regularly and buy better vegetables at the market. Sorry, but I’ve lowered my rating.

The hotel staff were terrible. They claimed the room didn’t exist, even though Agoda showed nine rooms available. Worst staff I’ve ever encountered.

The location in the Buah Batu area is quite convenient. The rooms need separate smoking and non-smoking areas, and the cleaning service needs improvement.
