The staff stood out most for me. They were consistently friendly and helpful, and gave us good tips for affordable restaurants with quality food. My friends and I were happy with our stay. It’s a pretty standard hostel, but it has what you need. The dorm was well air-conditioned, the bathrooms were clean, and you get towels and roomy lockers. Beds were about a 7/10 for comfort. Breakfast is basic, just eggs, toast, coffee, and tea, but a nice extra. The central location makes it handy for tours or scooter trips north or south of the city, and there’s a cafe with fancier coffee drinks just steps away.

The hostel staff and other people were really nice. They even let me use the shower after checkout, which I appreciated. The beds and toilets were clean. Breakfast was okay, with ingredients provided so you can make it yourself in the kitchen. They arrange trips to the white crater, which I recommend. Our guide was very nice, prepared, and informative. Just confirm the price first, because it wasn’t clear which activities were covered by each price.

Good value, and I’d stay again. The location worked well, and the Wi-Fi was super fast on every floor. The pod-style private beds were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were really friendly, and the free breakfast was great: toast and spreads, plus eggs you can help yourself to. The cooking area was well equipped, and they even leave free packets of noodles for a snack or dinner.
