The Jarrdin Apartement by Secret Rooms

For around 300,000 Rupiah, my family and I were pretty comfortable here. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, and a balcony. It’s spacious, with complete facilities, plenty of security, privacy, clean parking, water dispensers, and the Al-Ajib Mosque on the first floor, which is quite nice. The pool is open from 7am to 6pm, and the staff are friendly. There’s a stove and gas, cooking and dining utensils, a refrigerator, TV, AC, and a cupboard. A few things need attention: the bathroom door handle is broken, the TV has no channels, and the AC takes a while to cool the room.

I handed back the key, left the apartment, and asked for a refund because the sink in the room I rented was leaking. More than four hours later, I was still waiting for the money. I was the one who lost out here, but the owner still hadn’t replied when I contacted them on WhatsApp. The employees didn’t seem to know anything either. I’m done with this place and won’t rent here again.

Traveloka responded well, but the apartment itself was completely unresponsive to guests. They made the refund difficult and had no good solution. The room was in no condition to stay in: water had flooded all the way to the front of the room before we even opened the door, and it smelled musty. My younger sibling was carrying my elderly parents, and I worried they could slip and fall. Seriously, how was the room not checked first? 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
