The Jarrdin Apartment Hotels by Ironman

The electricity went out at 1:30 AM and didn’t come back until 2:30 PM. The response was slow, and having no power for that long was really scary. There was also a loud knock at the door at 2 AM, but when I checked, nobody was there. The room had no Wi Fi, and the AC wasn’t cold enough. Hot water lasted less than ten minutes. The gas cylinder hadn’t been checked before guests arrived. The water jug was low and covered in condensation, so I couldn’t tell when it had last been filled, even though the listed facilities included two 600ml bottles of mineral water.

The apartment was a decent size, and the administration and key arrangements were handled well. My concern is upkeep: the sheets and mattresses are worn out, the bathroom needs better cleaning, and the AC seems poorly maintained. I’m a level 6 reviewer on Google and heading toward level 7, though this may or may not carry any influence. I’m just offering a suggestion and hope the infrastructure improves.

It’s only a five minute walk to Cihampelas, around 15 minutes to Bandung Zoo, and 20 minutes to BIP. The nightly price is really cheap, and I felt so at home that I didn’t want to go back 😭. Such a great stay.
