It was fine for one night, since we checked out in the morning. The room felt cramped with a bed and a sofa, and the hot water came and went. We chose not to use the cupboard because it didn't seem suitable. The blanket smelled questionable, so we set it aside and used the sarong we'd brought instead. There was a dispenser, handy for tea or coffee if you bring your own, plus glasses, plates, spoons, and a pan for instant noodles. Enough for sleeping and having a shower.

The service was really poor, and they kept reminding us to check out even though that wasn't what we'd agreed on at first. It felt like they were trying to push us out, then they asked for extra money despite the stay already being fully paid. The facilities looked fine in the ad, but a lot wasn't in good shape when we arrived. The TV remote was cracked and hard to press, and there was no bathroom mat, so the floor got wet after a shower. Very unsatisfactory.

The room was dirty, the blanket smelled musty, and the toilet stank so badly it gave me a headache. There were yellow urine marks and the toilet floor was yellow too. If you go to Bandung, don't come here. It left me with bad memories.

I made my reservation on Booking.com, but the receptionist said they couldn't find it and that they no longer worked with Booking.com. This is a huge loss for guests who planned to stay here. Please take responsibility.
