Urbanview Hotel Utari

I know the place is cheap, and I'm not expecting fancy amenities, but it should at least be clean. The towels looked like rubber and smelled awful. There was dust all over the room, the bathroom smelled bad, the water smelled bad, and the bed was dirty.

The bathroom was in awful condition, the sheets were dirty, and we spent the night dealing with cockroaches and other insects. The facade looks beautiful, but inside was a real nightmare. For what it is, the place is expensive and catastrophic. There was no Wi-Fi or hot water, although both had been advertised when we booked. We spoke with the manager, who didn't seem too concerned and promised us a refund. We're still waiting. We had to give it one star just to post a review. Avoid this place, there are much better options in Bandung.

Clean and comfortable, and the hot water works.
