voco Bandung Setiabudi by IHG

The rooms were clean and modern, breakfast was great, and the staff were warm and welcoming. My stay at voco Bandung Setiabudi started off frustratingly, with some communication hiccups and reservation issues. Pak Fajar Tri Haryadi, the Front Office Manager, turned things around with a professional and genuinely caring response. He went above and beyond to put things right, and that kind of service is rare and deserves recognition. Thanks to Pak Fajar and the team, I’d absolutely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel.

April 3-5, 2026 Room #719 The reception desk, room, and restaurant all left us pleased with our two-night stay at this IHG hotel. Thank you, Pak Alvin, at reception, Pak Faisal from housekeeping, and Pak Puji and Pak Aziz at the restaurant. We appreciate your continued efforts. A few changes could improve the guest experience and satisfaction. It would be helpful to have a guest communication system through WhatsApp for questions or concerns. An in-room notice asking guests to keep noise down from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM could also help. For food safety, restaurant staff, especially kitchen personnel, should wear a transparent kitchen mask, clear mouth shield, or transparent sanitary mask to prevent accidental food contamination. More bread jams (srikaya) would let guests try more local cuisine.

The room design was lovely, and the food was delicious. Friendly service and a different atmosphere made us feel really comfortable during our stay.

The pool was warm at 21°, and the small kids aerea was very useful. The hotel was brand new when we visited in jan26, and it was super clean and luxurious. The room was big, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were incredibly professional and polite, and treated us like kings. Absolutely perfect. We’d definitely come back and strongly recommend it.
