The beds were nice enough, the water heated properly, and parking was free. The rooms were fairly clean and had complete amenities. Still, the thin walls and lack of carpet meant there was no soundproofing at all. Children running around early in the morning kept us from sleeping properly. We also couldn't use the kettle to heat water because the room's electricity couldn't handle the high voltage.

This was really bad. We booked the room about a month ahead, but they still gave us the same room as last time, which was inconvenient. They should have checked and double-checked our requests so we wouldn't end up in that situation.

The service was good, and the price felt worthwhile. It's very close to parahiyangan university, which is an excellent location. The room is below ground level, though, and felt a little damp, with no fresh air around it.

A good location doesn't make up for the poor cleanliness and upkeep. I found insects like lizards, stains on the sheets, and a dirty table that I had to wipe myself. The shower pressure was weak, the towel bar handle was rusty, and the furry towel stuck to my skin. Really unpleasant. The power tripped twice when we tried boiling water 😭🥹. Also, the hotel is on a lower ground level, and the superior room has no windows. I probably wouldn't sleep and would feel stressed there. Saving money on accommodation just isn't worth it.
