I stayed at Zodiac Sutami Bandung for two nights, and it was comfortable and good value for an economical vacation. They let me check in early, and the staff were kind and friendly right through checkout. Thank you!

The sewage smell is really bad, and walking past here is annoying. Please fix the drainage system.

The staff did their best to handle guest requests, but the rooms were in awful shape. The aircon started leaking after a day, the toilet handle felt like it might break whenever I flushed, and the shower water kept switching between hot and cold every few seconds. Even the replacement towels were stained. There’s no cafe or restaurant in the hotel. The location is decent, though, with three good restaurants nearby. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want to enjoy your time in Bandung.

Breakfast was brought to my room at 6:00 am, with repeated knocks, even though the DO NOT DISTURB light was on. It really disrupted my rest. For the price, the room and service should be much better. The hotel is on the corner of jl. Sutami Bandung. The parking lot is small, but security helps park when it fills up. The receptionist was friendly and checked me in quickly. Still, there were cockroaches outside the room and lots of little ants on the table. The sofa was dirty, the room felt gloomy, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. The jet shower hose was awkwardly positioned, the soap had run out, and the shower faucet leaked. The TV wouldn’t change channels or adjust the sound. After I called, an employee replaced the remote and its battery.
