Breakfast is included, and towels, shampoo, and soap are provided. The tenant was really friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, with large twin beds and an efficient air conditioner. I'd definitely recommend it!

The rooms are spacious, and access is easy. It's right in front of JD Square, with lots of vendors around. Service is very lacking for a hotel, though, maybe it's more like a homestay or boarding house. Wi-Fi only reaches the terrace.

The Wi-Fi didn't work, and the shower was broken. The bathroom also wasn't very clean. When I first went into the toilet, there was feces. Breakfast was supposed to be available with the quota, but I had to remind them before they served it. The staff weren't neatly dressed either. How can they greet guests checking in while wearing sarongs? I hope things improve in the future.

The TV they gave me was broken and didn't work, hehe. I also asked the receptionist for the Wi-Fi password twice, and both times they gave me the wrong one while insisting it was right. The service is really bad, like they have no intention of working. VERY ...
