The water was off, and the service was awful. My sister checked in at midnight with two girls because they had an interview at the medical hospital at 8 the next morning. When checking out that night, they asked if they could wait an hour because the Jambi travel doctor was picking them up at 1 am. The staff member wouldn’t allow it and said they had to follow the check-in and check-out times. So my sister and the two girls had to wait outside until the pickup. Making two girls wait outside at midnight was too much. I’m fed up with staying here. Not recommended.

The room was clean, but I’ve never stayed somewhere before that didn’t provide a blanket or towel. I can understand bringing your own towel, but why should guests have to bring a blanket?

The place showed up under their name, but I was told they no longer worked with Traveloka, Agoda, or the other apps. I paid by bank transfer, arrived, and felt like I’d been scammed. I don’t know who was responsible. Highly not recommended.

I booked two rooms through Agoda, but they canceled them when I got there. They said they hadn’t worked with the app for two years, so why leave the listing up? The place is large, but there wasn’t even a security guard. I’m disappointed with the management for not caring.
