The room was clean and the price was friendly. The Wi-Fi connection could use some work.

There are lots of places to eat nearby. The rooms are clean, the beds are soft, and the air conditioning works well. Hot water comes through fine in the clean bathroom. The rooms are small and a little stuffy, more like an exclusive boarding house than a guesthouse. There's no closet, just a small table and mirror. It's easy to find, though the building doesn't look like a guesthouse from outside. All the rooms are upstairs. Downstairs there's parking, a PS rental, and a restaurant. It took a bit of looking to find the receptionist, but they were friendly and willing to help.

You get unlimited drinking water and tea, and breakfast is standard boxed rice from an inn, but it tastes good. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. It's a comfortable stay, a little way inside an alley, though Google Maps made it easy to find. The Wi-Fi is slow, but the other facilities work well. Parking is tight, so guests have to take turns. There's a bento restaurant, salon, and PS stall right in front.

The room and location were decent, but the guard was awful. I booked through the app, and the booking was left hanging while the money went into his personal pocket. I booked four rooms, and the money for all of them went there. The price also didn't match the app. One room cost 300 thousand. For four rooms at 300 each, I'd rather stay at Ibis, @home, or another good hotel. The guard is a disgrace, with no morals.
