The service was wonderful. The staff were easy to reach, had everything prepared well, and were super decent. We also found the facilities just as described, with nearly everything you need for a homestay: fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV with the account, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious backyard for having guests over. The location felt perfect to us. It's in the city center, yet surrounded by rice fields, so it has a calm, peaceful feel while still being easy to get around. The little bungalow looks just like the photos. It's small and cute, but there's enough room for guests, and the pool is wonderful, 120cm and long enough. This was our best Airbnb experience in Yogyakarta. I'd strongly recommend it to friends and family.

It's very quiet here, though now and then you hear train crossing signals and Gatotkaca Nusantara exercises. The place feels like home and is clean, well-maintained, and attentive to detail. The pool water is looked after, and there aren't mosquitoes, even though spray is provided. The amenities are thorough: swimming and bath towels, a hair dryer, fridge, rice cooker, microwave, hot, room-temperature and cold water dispenser, plus a bottle opener. The smart TV has those plik-plik channels, and the Wi-Fi is stable and good enough for meetings and streaming.

The owner was friendly and quick to respond, and you can order a BBQ too. We came with the kids and had a really happy stay. The villa is comfortable and has a full kitchen with a microwave, fridge and stove, plus a gazebo, dining table and clothesline. There's also a pool, about 130cm deep. It's peaceful around there, with sounds of trains, planes and residents passing by bringing some life to the place. Kids should be careful on the stairs to the upstairs rooms, since they're quite steep. A place to rejoice.

Thanks to Mbak Selly, who was always quick to help while I was there. The bungalow and service were affordable, and my staycation in Ginza was unforgettable. I hope to stay at Ginza again on my next trip to Jogja. Stay healthy 🥰🥰
