Wahyu at reception was a big help. We arrived early for some reason, and he let us check in ahead of time, which made things much easier while traveling with the kids. Thanks to Grand Qin and Qin Hotel.

Ms. Elok at reception was so kind and helpful. I had to change my booking a few times, and they handled it well. The hotel is right at the mall, the room was nice, and breakfast had a huge variety of food. Service was really good.

Mba Ina gave great service, and the Chef at Grand Qin Restaurant was polite and easygoing. Breakfast there was amazing. The lobby is lovely and beautifully decorated, while the room felt a little old, though I didn't really mind. It's Muslim-friendly, with sajada and quran available for praying and reciting.
