The staff were sooooo nice, and Ibnu and Kia at reception were especially helpful. Some other staff I met even helped me shoot a few videos by the pool, sorry, I forgot their names. We had a very good staycation here. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, and the amenities were complete. The facilities are great too, with a pool and gym, plus a playground and a separate pool for kids if you’re bringing them. There was plenty of variety at breakfast, but some items tasted bland and the cake had no flavor. Please check those before serving. I’m definitely coming back!

The food was delicious and creative, and Chef Novel, if I remember his name right, was talented and really friendly. He has cool tattoos too. The room was clean and fresh, and the hotel has a beautiful view. I love how Grand Maya embraces diversity and focuses on skill. Wishing Grand maya continued success 🙏🏻🙏🏻
