The breakfast and cleanliness could both be better, and I’d like to see some improvement from the staff too. Even so, it’s a good hotel overall. The rates are budget-friendly, and the location is about 15 to 20 minutes from the airport. My room was in the new building, big, neat, simple, and pretty good. The hot and cold water both worked fine.

The room I was assigned was a mess when I arrived, and it hadn’t been made up after the previous occupant left. The sheets had only been flipped, not changed, and they hadn’t even replaced the pillow covers. The room was full of mosquitoes, and there was no room service or restaurant food after 7 pm. Staff had a bad attitude. They said bookings through the site only get twin beds, not a double, and refused to push the beds together. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy arriving tired at the end of the day.

The walls seem paper thin, since you can hear everything the neighbors do in the next room. Reception staff don’t speak English, but a hobo on the street asked me for money in English. Hire that hobo 😄
