Lerina Hotel & Conference Syariah Banjarbaru

Breakfast was all Asian food, with no Western options, and the meeting rooms and facilities aren't what you'd expect from a four-star hotel. I've seen two-star hotels in Europe that are two levels above this one. The toilet had a strong damp smell, so we ran the AC all night to cover it, and my girlfriend got sick. When we complained, all we got was an apology. The room was dirty, with stains on the furniture, especially the sofa, as shown in my pictures. There was only one toilet paper roll and one towel for each of us. We paid about 600k per night for a Deluxe room with balcony, but were given a regular ground-floor room. Apparently they count a yard as a balcony here. Their website showed photos of a deluxe room and balcony, and that room was priced around 350k or 400k. Where did the price difference go? They said it was the same room. I wouldn't book here. Hopefully you read this before making the same mistake. I'd give it zero stars if I could. A ripoff and a joke.

The room was dirty, with spiderwebs, and the corridor stank. Breakfast wasn't up to standard, and the toilet wasn't working properly.

It needs a lot of work. The meeting room design wasn't good, and breakfast wasn't good either. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, even as a budget option.

Still a hotel I'd recommend for families in this city. Thanks to the good management.
