The care from the staff made our stay feel personal from the start. NOFIA greeted us warmly when we arrived, and later, when a friend felt unwell, EMIK at the front desk arranged rice porridge and hot ginger honey tea for her. MALIKI, who looked after our room service, checked in twice and was always quick to help. At the restaurant, Bayu was kind enough to cover our meal when the card machine failed and we had no cash. ATIK also made dining nicer with her smile. Breakfast was delicious, and the team kept things running smoothly. RAI deserves a special mention. He opened the museum after hours for us, showed us around the exhibits, and shared so much about Balinese culture. He also took lovely photos of my friends and me. His patience and enthusiasm really stood out. NOFIA, RAI, MALIKI, EMIK, Bayu, and ATIK all made us feel cared for. We stayed in the Jacuzzi room, with a peaceful forest view, and it was a great place to unwind together. The hotel architecture is beautiful, and the gift shop had so many unique things we ended up buying quite a few. Everything was spotless and well maintained, which matters a lot to me. Management seemed to put people's feelings ahead of money, and you could see that in the way we were treated. The English-speaking staff and the hotel's strong Balinese atmosphere made the whole visit special. I left with very sweet memories and a full heart. We will be back.

We spent four nights here and really appreciated the service and location. The hotel sits right in the heart of the Ubud market, the rooms are tidy and comfortable, and the food was fantastic. The staff were especially warm, welcoming, and helpful. ❤️

I left disappointed and ended up moving to another place. The room was extremely noisy, and they clearly knew about the noise because earplugs were provided. The AC units barely worked, and the hotel seemed run down. Getting help with bookings was difficult, too. I called the front desk again and again without an answer, and only got through by messaging their direct line. The manager was never on site or available, and despite asking, I never spoke with them personally. The staff were left dealing with all the problems. I can't see how this meets any four-star criteria, and I won't return.

We enjoyed the cultural shows on some evenings, and the room was cleaned well. They even decorated it for our anniversary, such a sweet and thoughtful touch. The staff were friendly, the pool was nice, and breakfast was delicious. We also tried dinner and cocktails, both were good. The hotel is very central, so you can walk to the monkey forest, restaurants, the market, or currency exchange offices.
