Komaneka at Bisma

The balcony looks out over a serene stretch of jungle and rice paddies, which we loved. Inside, our room was very spacious. We could switch off the air conditioning by the bed while keeping the unit in the living area on, so sleeping was heavenly. Stepping into Komaneka felt relaxing, especially after Ubud’s busy streets just a few hundred metres away. Breakfast was decent and made to order, and the included afternoon tea was a lovely break after walking around Ubud.

It felt like my second home. Of all the places I’ve stayed in Bali, this villa was the most perfect by far. The food was all delicious, and everything was clean, comfortable, and so peaceful. When I returned a year later, Ms.Mei welcomed me with a thoughtful gift and a handwritten card. It truly touched my heart. Mr.Ngakan Kande remembered me too and greeted us warmly. I’ll come back every time I visit Bali. Highly, highly recommend.

The way the hotel celebrated our little boy’s fifth birthday was unforgettable. They made a personalized cake, decorated our room, and it seemed like almost every staff member knew his name and wished him a happy birthday. We also loved having a floating breakfast in the pool one morning. The main pool stands out, with infinity edges on three sides overlooking jungle and gardens. The service, rooms, pools, grounds, and location were all excellent. We stayed seven nights and didn’t want to leave. I’ve stayed at plenty of five-star hotels around the world, and this was one of the best.

The beautiful accommodations and wonderful staff made this feel like a magical oasis. They made us feel like the most important people in the world, and our honeymoon was so special. Thank you!
