The AC in my room wasn't good, and there's no elevator.

Opened in december 2017, this is a new hotel. The furniture is new, but it smelled a bit and was somewhat dirty. The WiFi was really slow. I also wonder why they need a deposit when I booked through travel apps.

The service was good and friendly. My room felt rather humid, and mold had grown underneath the leaking AC.

My executive room had no windows, despite costing around 500k. The bathroom was very dirty and poorly maintained, and the front office wasn't helpful.

The room was clean, but there wasn't a chair to work at. They didn't provide complimentary coffee, tea, or slippers.
