The extra bed was great, and the rooms are comfortable. The place is close to Siring, with a convenient location, quick, good service, and low prices. Five stars from me, so book soon.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean, though the sheets and blankets were dirty. de'homestay is near the restaurant and has a kitchen with a fridge and cutlery, plus an exhaust fan in both the bedroom and bathroom. The AC gets very cold, and drinking water is free and refillable. Lots of facilities for an affordable price, so I recommend staying here 👍

The only real plus for me was that the place was clean. The rest made for an uncomfortable stay. The manager seemed far too involved in guests' business and appeared to keep close watch on us. We had come to BJM to see old friends and for my work as a health worker doing STI-related checks for teenagers. Friends visiting were watched closely, and our room was knocked on more than once or twice, each time with a different reason. The building is mostly wood or Kalsi, around 90%, so it isn't soundproof. You can hear ordinary conversations through the walls. For the price, I expected more comfort. It feels like a boarding house, and the AC wasn't cold enough. The manager lives in one of the rooms and constantly monitors the CCTV, which felt like a serious invasion of guest privacy. Staff also sometimes get yelled at by the manager, which is rough to see. If you don't ask for a room, nobody takes the initiative to offer one. Towels, toothpaste, soap, drinking water, and tissues also weren't provided unless we asked first. If you need a spacious place or a comfortable staycation, think carefully before choosing this homestay. I really disliked how the manager handled things.

The AC didn't cool the room, and the front desk officer had a strong smell that seemed to carry down the hallway. Maybe that's something they can look into. There was also an issue with the electricity being turned off. I heard the electrical panel outside our room open for about 15 seconds, and I believe the power was deliberately cut. This happened after I had already apologized cooperatively for sleeping in my friend's room and had not repeated it after being warned. The next day, I got another report and warning for supposedly sleeping there again, even though that night we were each in our own rooms. Before giving a warning, they should check the CCTV instead of relying on just one account from an employee.
