The staff were kind and treated us well, and the air conditioning was cool with hot water that worked okay. The room itself was acceptable, though the sheets and bed didn’t seem very clean, and we saw ants and mosquitoes. The place felt damp, but it was quiet enough to rest despite being near the main road. Finding our way around was confusing on a first visit, with maze-like corridors and some dark hallways. My first impression after one night wasn’t great. Still, it could work for a one-night stop or a meeting, since they have a large hall and a restaurant.

The breakfast was basic but really good, and the rooms come in different sizes. I’ve stayed here a few times, and finding the right room can take some effort. The route inside is complicated, so first-time visitors should pay close attention to the signs and surroundings. The worst part is that the rooms are in separate buildings. I lost time looking for mine before realizing it was in another building.

The service was what made me happy here. The staff are all friendly and nice, and when I needed something, they came quickly. Room service is inexpensive and the food was pretty tasty. The room itself wasn’t that good, there’s no lift, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work properly.

There’s a giant supermarket just across from the hotel, a few places to eat right outside, and the hotel has a courtesy car. The rooms are quite large, and the place was clean.

When I got to my room, the bed didn’t look clean. There wasn’t a water heater available for guests, and there was no gym.
