I wouldn't stay here if you don't want to be let down. I tried calling and messaging to ask about a promotion they had posted on social media, but they wouldn't answer the call or respond to my questions in chat. A promotion is no use if they can't honor it for customers.

The staff were kind, but I can't understand how this place averages 4.2. The room smelled bad, there was just one towel, the sheets were stained, and hair was all over the place. The toilet was filthy, with pee stains on the seat, and drain flies and larvae were coming up through the sink and shower drains. Disgusting. Breakfast was just as bad. The worker looked like she knew the buffet wasn't fit to serve. It looked like the forgotten corner of a fraternity house fridge, so I won't call it breakfast.

It's easy to find places to eat nearby, and the hotel's location is pretty good. My room had a stain on the ceiling, though, and some of the services I asked for weren't available. The room needs improvement.

Breakfast had a decent range, including fruit, pudding, soup, fried rice and pecel, along with other choices. It was standard, though, and I wouldn't call it really good. The room was quiet, with a comfortable, clean bed and cold AC. The bathroom looked clean and had hot water, but it could be better.

The reception girl extended my booking by only one night when I had booked two extra nights. The next day, during my meeting, I got calls and knocks at the door, and she still didn't apologize for the mistake. Poor service. The rooms are old and worn, and very dirty, even though they're very cheap. There was a sound like a mosque or karaoke inside the building.
