The breakfast was a highlight for me, with plenty of choices, good flavors, and everything laid out nicely. Staff were friendly, responsive, and responsible throughout my stay. Check-in and checkout were smooth too. My room was clean and comfortable, with basic amenities that covered what I needed. Parking is spacious, and the hotel is easy to reach from both the city center and the airport. A few things could use attention. The sink leaked when I used the stopper, and the corridor access doors should be checked so they close properly and securely. The lobby felt a little cramped. Even with all that parking, some cars were left on the main driveway, making it harder for guests to get in and out of their vehicles by the entrance. I appreciated the Rattan Inn team's warm hospitality. With a few repairs and better handling of the shared spaces, the stay could be even more comfortable.

I was here for a business meeting last week. The meeting rooms get a lot of use, and parking was easy because there are plenty of spaces. Lunch and the hotel facilities were okay.

The spa was great, and I had a really good time. The staff were warm, polite, and hardworking, while the rooms and bathrooms were neat and clean. I also liked the spacious, orderly dining area, where you can get Japanese food. Breakfast had lots of tasty options, and weekends bring a musical night with BBQ. The hotel has a lovely aroma throughout, and it feels relaxing. I'll definitely stay again.

I was here for a 3D2N business trip in Oct 24. The pool and gym were great, and there was plenty of parking, though it gets very crowded during events. My room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was delicious.

The gym is one of the best I've seen in a Banjarmasin hotel, and the staff are really friendly. I liked the hotel enough to extend my stay several times.
