Floodwater was getting into the downstairs room, and the towels were wet. The place has become more expensive than before, but there still haven't been any repairs. The toilet door is broken, there's no lid or frame for the toilet, no soap, and no tissues. The shower hose leaks so much that water doesn't flow properly and you can't use it. I keep staying here because it's sometimes cheaper, and at the same price I've tried places that were worse. As long as I can sleep on a normal mattress, that's okay, but I don't expect much from the facilities.

The room was clean, though the AC wasn't cold. The other service was okay, except for one woman who made me uncomfortable. At 10, I wanted to go out for food and thought I was checking out, but someone asked for my room number. Then at 12:30 there was knocking on the door. Really annoying.

The Wi-Fi lagged, and most of the TV channels were black and white. The toilet water flow was weak, the room didn't smell fresh, and the soap they gave me was already open. I had to collect water in a bucket before I could shower. The welcome service wasn't friendly either, the man barely spoke and didn't smile. A woman asked for my room number and whether I'd extended my stay, then said checkout was at 12 even though it was only 11:40. She was tidying another room at the time, and it felt like she wanted to hurry up and finish.

I booked online and got a clean room. The lighting wasn't good, and water was leaking out. For the price, I guess you have to understand.
